I am a Partner with Meyerson, Fox & Conte, P.A.  Maintaining a diversified law practice, I focus on commercial and estate litigation, business law, real estate and land use applications, municipal court matters, guardianship law, and estate planning.  I also serves as outside general counsel for several small and closely held businesses, nonprofits, landlords, and entrepreneurs, advising on commercial transactions, contracts, employment related matters, and landlord/tenant issues.  

My legal and policy interests extend beyond my practice to issues involving online hate speech, Internet safety, and content moderation. I have written extensively on the need to reform Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act, which immunizes Internet platforms for third-party content. My writings have been featured in theHill.com, the New Jersey Law Journal and in other publications.

Having been raised in the Pascack Valley, and now working in Montvale and residing in the Northern Valley, my roots run deep within Bergen County and the greater Northern New Jersey.  Committed to my community, I currently serve on the Mahwah Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, am a member of ADL New Jersey’s Advisory Board, serve as a Trustee for the Cresskill Public Library, and on the Board of Cresskill Alpine Baseball League. I am also an avid golfer and photographer, and I love to support the New York Yankees.
