I am a Partner with Meyerson, Fox, Mancinelli & Conte, P.A. in Montvale, New Jersey. Maintaining a diversified litigation practice, I regularly represent clients with matters involving breach of contract disputes, partnership break-ups, guardianship cases, and estate contests. I also serve as outside general counsel for several small and closely held businesses, nonprofits, landlords, and entrepreneurs, who he advises on commercial transactions, contracts, privacy and Internet law matters, employment related issues, and landlord/tenant disputes. In addition, I represent clients on residential and commercial real estate transactions and in the preparation of estate documents.
My privacy and Internet law practice compliments my interest in privacy and Internet policy, in particular issues surrounding online hate speech and Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act. I have written extensively on Section 230 of the CDA, and my writings have been featured in theHill.com, the New Jersey Law Journal
and in other publications.
Having been raised in the Pascack Valley, and now working in Montvale and residing in the Northern Valley, my roots run deep within Bergen County and the greater Northern New Jersey. Committed to my community, I currently serve on the Mahwah Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, am a member of ADL New Jersey’s Advisory Board, and serve as a Trustee for the Cresskill Public Library. Outside of the office, I enjoy playing golf, rooting for the New York Yankees and spending time with my family.
